Printmaker; working in linocut, collagraphs and monoprinting – inspired by the Devon coast and landscape.
I paint using inks, watercolours and acrylicsx
About The Artist
I graduated from Falmouth School of Art, with Fine Art degree, where I specialized in print making.
I am inspired by the dramatic Devon land and seascapes, wildflowers and wildlife – and try to capture the movement of birds or the memory of a walk, through colour and form, rather than a figurative / photo realistic approach.
I use printmaking techniques- lino cuts, collagraphs, silk screen and mono-printing-I love to mix techniques to achieve the outcome I want and get lost in the freedom and the unknown outcome of Printmaking.
I also paint in acrylics, watercolour and also pen and ink.
