The Puffing Billy, a former Victorian railway station, is proud to be hosting this exhibition of canine portraits by renowned West Country artist Shan Miller.
About The Artist
Though I am best known for my life-size farmyard animals and farming scenes, my latest works have concentrated on action portraits of dogs as typified by “Dog Dancer”, my most recent exhibition on show at The Puffing Billy, a former Victorian railway station, now an acclaimed cafe and tearoom on The Tarka Trail near Torrington, where you can enjoy a wide range of local food and drinks while enjoying my paintings. Don’t forget to bring the dog.

Welcome Shan, your leaping and running dogs look great.
Shan, have you put NDArt Trek brochures in the Puffing Billy Cafe? As they are right on the Tarka Trail this is a really good place to keep checking and replenishing them. Why not have a do there during the open studios event?
